欢迎您使用拼豆大师 (Pixel Bead Master)。本服务条款（以下简称“本协议”）是由您与拼豆大师开发者（以下简称“我们”）就您使用本应用所订立的法律协议。
在您注册、登录或以其他方式使用本服务前，请仔细阅读本协议的所有内容。一旦您使用本应用，即代表您已同意并接受本协议的约束。
一、服务内容与账号注册
- 我们为您提供拼豆/像素画设计画板、图纸渲染、作品云端保存、社区分享及其他相关技术支持服务。
- 您在注册账号时，应提供真实、准确、完整的个人资料。您须妥善保管您的账号及密码，因您保管不善导致账号被盗用的，相关损失由您自行承担。
- 我们保留在不提前通知的情况下，随时修改、中断或终止部分或全部服务的权利。
二、用户行为规范与 UGC 社区守则
我们的社区鼓励用户进行技术与创意的交流。在使用本应用及发表用户生成内容（UGC）时，您必须遵守以下行为守则：
⚠️ 苹果商店合规及不良内容零容忍声明：
您不得利用本应用制作、上传、发布或传播任何具有以下性质的内容（包括图纸、评论、用户名等）：
- 危害国家安全、泄露国家秘密、颠覆国家政权、破坏国家统一的；
- 宣扬色情、暴力、赌博、恐怖主义或者教唆犯罪的；
- 侮辱、诽谤他人，侵害他人名誉权、隐私权、肖像权或知识产权的；
- 包含骚扰性、垃圾性、欺诈性或虚假信息的；
- 其他违反国家法律法规、公序良俗及苹果 App Store 审核政策的内容。
一经发现上述内容，我们有权在无需事先通知的情况下立即将其删除，并对违规账号采取限制发言、封锁甚至永久注销账号的处罚措施。
三、不良内容的处理与举报机制
为了保障社区的健康有序，我们建立了快速的内容反应机制：
- 举报通道： 您若在应用内看到任何侵权、违规或不良内容，可以直接使用对应作品或评论旁边的「举报」功能，或发送邮件至 486545887@qq.com。
- 时限承诺： 我们的审核团队将在收到举报后的 24 小时内 对该内容进行核实处理，若情况属实，将第一时间进行清理。
- 用户拉黑： 您可以使用「拉黑/屏蔽」功能。拉黑后，被拉黑用户的任何图纸和言论将永远不会出现在您的视图中。
四、知识产权声明
- 我们的资产： 拼豆大师应用本身的软件、源代码、设计界面、品牌标志以及我们提供的预设模板，其知识产权均归我们所有。
- 您的创作： 您在应用中自主设计并生成的拼豆图纸，其版权归您所有。但通过在我们的社区公开发布作品，即代表您授予我们一项全球性的、免费的、不可撤销的非独占许可，允许我们以展示、推广、优化为目的对该作品进行展示和流转。
- 版权侵权： 您上传的作品不得侵害任何第三方的著作权或商标权。若因您的作品侵犯他人版权引发任何纠纷，由您本人承担全部法律责任。
五、免责声明
- 本服务按“现状”提供，我们不对服务的无误差性、不间断性或安全性做出任何明示或暗示的保证。
- 因网络故障、服务器维护、黑客攻击或其他不可抗力原因造成的数据丢失、服务中断，我们不承担任何责任。
六、协议的修改与管辖
- 我们有权根据需要修改本协议。若有修改，我们将在应用内更新此文件，并在必要时发出通知。
- 本协议的成立、生效、履行和解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。因使用本服务产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，应提交至开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

Welcome to Pixel Bead Master. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Pixel Bead Master (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") concerning your use of this application.
Please read this Agreement carefully before registering, logging in, or using our services. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services & Account Registration
- We provide you with pixel bead/art canvas tools, pattern rendering, cloud synchronization, community sharing, and other technical support services.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and password. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure it.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
2. User Conduct & UGC Regulations
Our community encourages creative exchanges. When using our services and publishing User Generated Content (UGC), you must abide by the following guidelines:
⚠️ Objectionable Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy (App Store Compliance):
You shall not create, upload, publish, or share any content (including patterns, comments, usernames, etc.) that:
- Endangers national security, discloses state secrets, or violates regional laws;
- Promotes pornographic, violent, gambling, terrorist, or criminal activities;
- Insults, defames, harasses, or infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
- Contains spam, deceptive links, or false advertisements;
- Otherwise violates public order, morals, and Apple App Store review policies.
If any such content is identified, we reserve the right to delete it immediately without prior notice and suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the violating account.
3. Content Moderation & Reporting System
To ensure a healthy community environment, we enforce a strict review process:
- Reporting Channel: If you find any objectionable, abusive, or infringing content, you can click the built-in "Report" button next to the content, or email us at 486545887@qq.com.
- 24-Hour Review Commitment: Our team will review the reported content within 24 hours of submission. If confirmed to be in violation, the content will be permanently removed.
- Blocking Feature: You can block users whose content you wish to avoid. Once blocked, all patterns and comments from the blocked user will be hidden from your account permanently.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Our Property: We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Pixel Bead Master application, source code, UI designs, brand logos, and pre-installed templates.
- Your Creations: You own the copyright to the pixel patterns you design. However, by publishing your designs to our public community, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote your work.
- Copyright Infringement: You warrant that your uploads do not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for any legal disputes arising from your content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding service continuity, security, or error-free operations.
- We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruption, or system errors caused by network failures, server maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
6. Amendments & Jurisdiction
- We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will publish the updated terms inside the app, and notify you as appropriate.
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the developer's location.

アイロンビーズマスター (Pixel Bead Master)へようこそ。本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、お客様と本アプリの開発者（以下「当社」）との間で、本アプリの利用に関して締結される合意事項です。
アカウントの作成、ログイン、または本サービスを利用する前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本サービスを利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
一、サービス内容と登録
- 当社は、アイロンビーズ図案のデザインツール、レンダリング、作品のクラウド同期、コミュニティ共有、およびその他の技術的なサポートを提供します。
- アカウント登録の際は、正確かつ最新の情報を提供してください。アカウント情報の管理およびセキュリティ維持はお客様自身の責任です。管理不十分による盗用等の損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
- 当社は、事前の通知なしに、サービスの一部または全部を変更、中断、または終了する権利を留保します。
二、ユーザーの禁止行為とUGCコミュニティの規則
当コミュニティは、自由な表現と創作活動を推奨します。一方で、本サービスやUGC（ユーザー生成コンテンツ）の利用において、以下の行為を禁止します：
⚠️ 不適切コンテンツの排除とアカウントの利用停止（App Store ガイドライン遵守）：
以下の性質を持つコンテンツ（図案、コメント、ユーザー名など）を制作、アップロード、または共有することは固く禁止されています：
- 国家安全保障を脅かすもの、地域の法律に抵触するもの；
- 性的表現、暴力、ギャンブル、テロ活動、または犯罪を助長するもの；
- 他者の著作権・商標権などの知的財産権、名誉権、プライバシー権を侵害するもの；
- スパム、詐欺的な広告、虚偽の情報を含むもの；
- その他、公序良俗に反するもの、またはApple App Storeの審査基準に違反するもの。
上記に該当するコンテンツを発見した場合、当社は事前の通知なしに直ちにデータを削除し、該当アカウントの利用制限または永久的な利用停止措置を講じることができます。
三、不適切コンテンツの監視・通報およびブロック
健全な運営体制を維持するため、当社は以下の通報・対応措置を用意しています：
- 通報窓口： 権利侵害や不適切な投稿を発見した場合は、該当コンテンツの近くにある「通報」機能を利用するか、486545887@qq.com までメールでご連絡ください。
- 24時間以内の対応： サポートチームは通報を受理してから 24時間以内 に内容を審査します。違反が確認された場合、該当コンテンツは直ちに削除されます。
- ブロック機能： 不快な表現を行う他のユーザーを個別に「ブロック」できます。ブロック後、該当ユーザーの作品およびコメントはお客様の画面に一切表示されなくなります。
四、知的財産権の取り扱い
- 当社の権利： アプリケーション、ソースコード、UIデザイン、ロゴマーク、およびプリセットされた図案テンプレートの著作権は、すべて当社に帰属します。
- お客様の権利： お客様が独自に作成した図案の著作権はお客様に帰属します。ただし、作品を当コミュニティに一般公開した時点で、お客様は当社に対し、サービスの展示、普及、改善を目的とする、世界的かつロイヤリティ無料の非独占的利用権を許諾したものとします。
- 権利侵害への責任： アップロードされた作品が第三者の著作権等を侵害していないことを保証するものとします。著作権侵害によるトラブルは、お客様ご自身の責任において解決するものとします。
五、免責事項
- 本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、当社はサービスの完全性、安全性、および中断が発生しないことを一切保証しません。
- ネットワーク障害、サーバーメンテナンス、ハッキング、またはその他の不可抗力により生じたデータの損失、サービスの中断に関して、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
六、規約の変更と裁判管轄
- 当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後は速やかにアプリ内で公開します。
- 本規約の解釈および適用は、中華人民共和国の法律に準拠します。本規約に関わる一切の紛争は、当社所在地を管辖する人民法院を第一審の合意管轄裁判所とします。
